Your ILTA Education Committee is excited to announce our next live seminar for 2018 – The Summer Extravaganza.  It will be a day built by you, our membership, where we answer all of your questions, along with a few of our own, and enhance your existing knowledge and understanding of the title industry and its issues.

It will be a day of learning, sharing, interaction, and fun led by our team of professionals representing multiple roles within the industry - a closer, a searcher/examiner, an attorney, a sales representative, an owner of an agency, and an underwriter.

To help us get started, we are asking you to complete a short (3 minute) survey at this link.  Here you’ll be able to tell us what top industry issues are on your mind.  The committee will then take that input and craft a day full of education and discussion geared directly to your needs.  So, please, take just 3 minutes to help us help you by clicking here and completing the survey.  All responses will be anonymous…so tell us what’s really on your mind!  There are no stupid questions or comments…so don’t be afraid to be as simple or complex as you’d like (or need) to be!

Thank you in advance for your participation! Be sure to mark your calendar to attend on June 13, 2018, from 9a – 4p.

What is ILTA?

A lot has changed in our industry, but our strong commitment to our members remains the same. Since its formation in 1907, the Indiana Land Title Association has worked to protect the land title industry in Indiana. Amid the changing regulations and the ups and downs of the market, ILTA has stood by its members to offer high-quality education, networking opportunities, and legislative advocacy. We stand for the highest principles of professionalism and consumer protection, advocating for the safe and efficient transfer of real property. A home is likely the largest investment any individual will make in his or her lifetime, and by ensuring accurate searches, promoting fair and professional closings, and supporting important insurance coverages, ILTA protects Indiana consumers' property rights.
