Online Learning Opportunities

 A variety of online pre-licensing and continuing education classes are available at*Note: You must have an account with ILTA to access the online courses. 

Members may simply sign-in to their account at the top of this page.  If you are an employee of an ILTA member company but do not have an ILTA account, please have a fellow employee add your name to your company's ILTA roster.  DO NOT sign-up as a subscriber or attempt to use another employee's ILTA account.  You will not receive course credit if you do.  Click here to read step-by-step instructions on how to have your name added to your existing company roster. 

Once your name is on your company roster, members can then proceed to PATH (the ILTA online education portal) to review and select courses.  Click here for the "3 easy steps to PATH"

Non-members who desire to join the association may complete a membership application and receive all the benefits afforded by your membership, including discounts on online courses.  If your company is already a member of ILTA, DO NOT complete a new application.  Rather, have a fellow employee add you to your company's roster.  (Click here for instructions.)

Non-members who don't want to join the association may also sign-up as a Subscriber (at no cost) and pay the non-discounted course price. Please click here to create your subscriber account.

The Indiana Land Title Association (ILTA) is the premier pre-licensing and continuing education provider for Indiana title insurance professionals. ILTA is a non-profit organization dedicated to meeting the professional education needs of title insurance agents and attorneys in Indiana. ILTA is a certified provider of pre-licensing and continuing education (CE) through the Indiana Department of Insurance. ILTA is also a provider of continuing legal education (CLE) through the Indiana Supreme Court, Indiana Commission for Continuing Legal Education. ILTA is governed by a Board of Governors who diligently pursue the mission of providing top-quality education to land title professionals. ILTA educates over 2000 title professionals annually through its live and online classes. Designed by Indiana title professionals with the specific needs of title industry personnel as their priority, there is sure to be a program or resource that will help you maximize your professional expertise as well as develop new skills.

Since its formation in 1907, the Indiana Land Title Association has worked to protect the land title industry in Indiana. Amid the changing regulations and the ups and downs of the market, ILTA has stood by its members to offer high-quality education, networking opportunities, and legislative advocacy. A home is likely the largest investment any individual will make in his or her lifetime, and by ensuring accurate searches, promoting fair and professional closings, and supporting important insurance coverages, ILTA protects Indiana consumers' property rights.
