Don’t Miss Out on the General Session on Day Three of the Indiana Land Title Convention!

Are you exploring the idea of eClosing and are curious about what it takes to roll out eClosing technology?

Would you like to gain a better understanding of the entire eClosing process?

Would you like to learn how you can adapt your existing procedures or plan for better procedures in order to have a successful experience with a technology that will be commonplace in the near future?

Then you won’t want to miss out on September 25th’s general session when your Indiana Land Title Association will bring together on one stage eClosing platform providers, lenders who are utilizing or exploring the eClosing method, along with title agents who service those lenders to have a discussion about their individual experiences in the eClosing environment.

Guided by our moderator, Tom Fickle, your eClosing panelists - Nancy Pratt (Pavaso); KathyRiland-Hinton (Meridian Title); Dawn Deputy Poe (Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation); Amber L. Hutson (Enterprise Title), and Pam Starr (Merchants Bank of Indiana) will briefly discuss the current trends in eClosing, but delve deeper into the eClosing process by answering such questions as
  • Why are they exploring eClosings?...
  • What have been the biggest challenges as they have tackled this new technology?...
  • What should title agents keep in mind as they begin to explore becoming eClosing providers?...plus many, many more!

BUT THAT’S NOT ALL

ILTA has lined up a spectacular Remote Online Notary Panel – Nancy Pratt, VP – Partner Relations & Gov’t Affairs, Pavaso; Rick Triola, Founder/CEO, NotaryCam, Inc.; and Jennifer Parker, General manager, Digital Mortgage Solutions, Notarize, who will be giving us a preview of their Remote Online Notary technology, will compare and contrast their different products, and will provide a better understanding of how their specific technology is utilized within our industry, and in conjunction with the title agency network.

You won’t want to miss out on these very informative sessions!  So come join the discussions on September 25th!

BTW…unable to make it to the convention but would still like to hear these sessions?  Be sure to like Indiana Land Title’s Facebook page and join us on the 25th for a live stream from the event!  And be sure to pass on the invite to your clients…they can watch, too!  We look forward to seeing you there!

What is ILTA?

A lot has changed in our industry, but our strong commitment to our members remains the same. Since its formation in 1907, the Indiana Land Title Association has worked to protect the land title industry in Indiana. Amid the changing regulations and the ups and downs of the market, ILTA has stood by its members to offer high-quality education, networking opportunities, and legislative advocacy. We stand for the highest principles of professionalism and consumer protection, advocating for the safe and efficient transfer of real property. A home is likely the largest investment any individual will make in his or her lifetime, and by ensuring accurate searches, promoting fair and professional closings, and supporting important insurance coverages, ILTA protects Indiana consumers' property rights.
