Registration for the final session in our beginner’s series is now open! 

The Basics of Title: Commitment and Policy Preparation and Basic Legal Descriptions will pick up where we left off with last year’s examination seminar and will cover the how’s of creating the title commitment and title policy.  This session will also lead off our tiered legal description seminar series and is perfect for anyone who needs to learn the basics of reading, understanding and drawing legal descriptions.    

Join our industry professionals Louann Lowring (Dominion Title Services), Kathy Boren (Near North National Title), and Gary Kent (Schneider Geomatics) as they guide you through the ins and outs of commitment and policy preparation.

Registration is available per session (Commitment and Policy 4 CE/Basic Legal 3 CE) or join us for the entire day and earn a total of 7 CE and/or 5.8 CLE hours!  Click HERE for the day’s schedule of sessions.
