This course examines the spooky side of real estate and how cases involving the paranormal and unsolved mysteries have affected the industry. Kathy Hulbert, Senior Underwriting Counsel at WFG, will look at several past cases and their impact as well as discussing cemeteries, graveyards, missing persons, and fraud.
