Virtual Assistant Offers Increased Accessibility

Meridian Title Corporation recently expanded on its range of services with the addition of a virtual assistant. Similar to the “chat” bots that appear on many websites, this virtual assistant (dubbed “MAX”) allows customers a broader range of access to working files and other useful information. Any time of day or night, this service is available via www.meridiantitle.com to reference specific transactions or to retrieve general industry information. There is even a text option available allowing some customers to access this service from their mobile phones.
