Anderson, Indiana – October 6, 2025 — After more than 135 years of service to Anderson and Madison County, Rowland Title Company, Inc. announces its sale to Meridian Title Company, Indiana's largest title insurance agency.

Founded in 1889, Rowland Title has been a trusted partner in real estate transactions for generations, providing reliable title services with deep local roots and a commitment to integrity. The company has played a key role in the growth and development of Madison County and the surrounding areas, earning the loyalty of attorneys, lenders, real estate professionals, and families alike.

Rowland Title Company, Inc. will be acquired by Meridian Title Company, Indiana's largest title insurance agency, proudly serving clients for nearly 90 years. With more than 35 offices across Indiana and Michigan, Meridian provides comprehensive title and settlement solutions for residential, commercial, and new construction transactions. Founded on a tradition of professionalism, integrity, and personalized service, Meridian continues to grow its footprint while remaining dedicated to the communities it serves. This addition marks an important step in Meridian's continued growth and its commitment to providing exceptional title and settlement services across Indiana and the Midwest. By joining forces, both teams will benefit from expanded resources, innovative technology, and the backing of Indiana's largest title agency.
