ILTA Real Estate Handbook

The Indiana Land Title Association has published a completely updated ILTA Real Estate Handbook and it is now available for purchase. Originally authored by R. Niven Stall in 1975, the Handbook addresses three topics: Legal Description, The Chain of Title & Encumbrances.

In 2012, Gary R. Kent, L.S. edited the Legal Description section (its first major revision since 1975) and Mary A. Slade edited the Chain of Title and Encumbrances sections.
